HeyConnect emerged from my own frustration. Back in 2021, in the heart of Silicon Valley, I was constantly juggling multiple groups and activities across a frustrating mix of apps. The solution? I created a free mobile app, initially named HeyGroup, that combined the organizational power of technology with the fun, user-friendly experience I craved.

The app quickly took off on college campuses, becoming a go-to platform for sports teams and clubs. Through conversations with students, I realized a bigger picture: a fragmented campus life where finding information and getting involved was needlessly difficult. This sparked a new vision for HeyConnect.

Our Virtual Fair app creates a virtual space where students can easily discover clubs and activities, fostering a more vibrant and connected campus life. The HeyConnect Community Edition takes this further, offering a centralized hub for communication, events, and resources where students, organizations, and campus staff can interact seamlessly, using the latest technology to engage on their preferred platforms—administrators on the web portal and students on the mobile app.
